We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: full name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), country (optional), the product line you are interested in and your message.

We use it only to answer your inquiry, send you the information or quote you request and follow up on a possible business relationship. We do not use it for automated decisions and we do not sell or rent it.

We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give by checking the Privacy Policy box before sending the form, and to take steps you request before entering into an agreement with us. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to answer your inquiry and manage any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by applicable law or to defend legal claims. Then we delete it.

5. Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the website: Jotform (contact form processing) and Cloudflare (website hosting and security). These providers act on our behalf and may process data in the United States. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit its use, and to receive a copy of it. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser so the site remembers it.

Los usamos únicamente para responder tu consulta, enviarte la información o cotización que pides y dar seguimiento a una posible relación comercial. No los usamos para decisiones automatizadas y no los vendemos ni alquilamos.
